The Political Officer is in charge of the 'real world' politics side of the Association - organising campaigning sessions and hosting the termly Policy Meeting.

The PPS is responsible for the Association's alumni relations, and assists the Junior President with certain administrative tasks.
The Association also has a team of Electoral Officials, who organise the elections and disciplinary procedures, and advise members on the Rules.

The Returning Officer is in charge of interpreting the Association’s Rules, running the termly election and organising disciplinary processes. They lead the team of Electoral Officials.

The Returning Officer Emeritus is ordinarily the most recent Ex-Returning Officer. They assist the Returning Officer and sometimes serve as Acting Returning Officer.

The Deputy Returning Officers assist the Returning Officer in the execution of their duties.
The Senior Officers are the Committee registered with the University Proctors. They oversee the Association and the Junior Officers. They are ultimately accountable for the governance of the Association.

The Senior Member serves as the liaison between the University of Oxford and the Association. They are a University member of staff, and provide guidance and impartial advice.

The Senior President is responsible for high-level governance of the Association. They also chair General Meetings and report to the Proctors.
